Hosting Onboarding
Hosting begins once payment is confirmed and access to the site environment is provided.
1. Access
Provide WordPress admin access and domain registrar or DNS access if changes are required.
2. Server Setup
The site is migrated or deployed to the DBE Media infrastructure and secured with SSL.
3. Stabilization
Updates, backups, monitoring, and baseline performance configuration are completed.
Access required
- WordPress admin login
- Domain registrar or DNS access
- Hosting access if the site is being migrated
- Email address for site notifications
Access credentials should be provided through a secure password manager or temporary login.
What happens next
Infrastructure
The site is added to the managed server environment and SSL is installed.
Monitoring
Backups, updates, and monitoring systems are enabled.
Maintenance
Ongoing updates and monitoring begin immediately after setup.
Support boundaries
Hosting covers infrastructure, updates, monitoring, and recovery. Content edits, design changes, and new features are separate work.
